How to Login
- •Click the 'Sign In' button at the top of the page
- •Click 'Continue with Google' button
- •That's it! One click and you're logged in with your Google account
How to Add a Vehicle (Become a Host)
- •Option 1: On the home page, click the banner that says 'Add Your Vehicle' or 'Become a Host'
- •Option 2: Click on your profile menu → Click 'Manage Fleet' → Click the 'Add Vehicle' button
- •Fill in your vehicle details (photos, price, location, etc.)
- •Submit your listing - it will be reviewed and then published
How to Book a Vehicle
- •Browse vehicles on the home page or search by location
- •Click on any vehicle you like to see details
- •On the vehicle detail page, click the 'Book Now' button
- •Fill in your booking dates and details
- •Submit your booking request
How App Notifications Work
- •You'll see a bell icon at the top of the page when you're logged in
- •Click the bell to see all your notifications
- •You'll get notified when: someone books your vehicle, your booking is confirmed, bookings are cancelled, or your vehicle is approved/rejected
- •Click on any notification to see more details
- •The bell shows a red number badge when you have unread notifications
How Email Notifications Work
- •You'll automatically receive emails for important events
- •Emails are sent when: you get a new booking request, your booking is confirmed, bookings are updated or cancelled
- •Check your email inbox (and spam folder) regularly
- •All emails come from Rental Auto and include important booking details
How to Manage Bookings in Calendar
- •Go to your Host Dashboard (click your profile → Host Dashboard)
- •You'll see a calendar showing all your bookings
- •Different colors show booking status: pending (yellow), confirmed (green), active (blue), cancelled (red)
- •Click on any date to see bookings for that day
- •Click on a booking to view or edit details
- •Use the calendar to see which dates are available or booked
