How monthly pricing works

  • Monthly rate: when a host sets one, every full 30 days of your rental is billed at that monthly price.
  • Weekly rate: when a host sets one, full 7-day blocks left after any months are billed at the weekly price.
  • Remaining days are billed at the daily rate for their calendar month, since hosts can set different daily prices by season.
  • Long-rental discount: hosts can add a percentage off for rentals over 10, 20, or 30 days. Only the largest matching discount applies, on top of any weekly or monthly rate.
